RETURN POLICY holds the return policy to high regards as we constantly think of the comfort of our customers. We have a return policy of 3 days for most of our products if the product meets certain criteria listed below-

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. All returns are evaluated before being processed. Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalized gifts or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. If you don’t have the money receipt then will refuse to accept the return of the product.

MobiXpress may refund the customer to his/her payment channel by default or desired transactional medium but the process may take up to 3 months or more depending upon the circumstances.

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Mobi Xpress packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
